I was doing a 1 time close construction loan, which i had no idea was so hard to do. This particular loan took a lot of communication and back and forth. thanks to all of Troy's hard work, we finally made it. I don't think this loan would of been put through using a different loan officer. Though the loan was a very painful process for me, when I only had to deal with Troy; I could only imagine how tough it was for Troy, when he had 5 different parties to communicate with.

being very punctual and getting the job done with in the time limit was great . I can honestly say that I would recommend my friends.
